Go Fruit Yourself?
One of the people I admire and gain a lot of great info from in the high-carb raw vegan (HCRV) movement (i.e.alkaline diet with an emphasis on raw and eating lots of fruit as well as leafy greens) is Freelee and also her partner Harvey (aka Durian Rider).
They both have excellent YouTube channels and give great tips and advice on following a raw vegan lifestyle for optimum health, weight and overall feelings of vitality.
Having been on this lifestyle for many years she has seen many benefits like a 20kg weight loss, whilst eating as much as she likes (!), improving her running times and fitness immeasurably, as well as getting rid of puffy skin and other health conditions. Vegan is the way! Screw all the dead body eaters… I want to live healty and in peace with my mind, loving nature and stay in shape, nothing is better than a good vegan diet, go vegan!
lol. Adam, I am inclined to agree. low fat vegan alkaline diet makes you feel wonderful 🙂
