Apple Cider Vinegar, also known as ACV, is a type of vinegar made from apples. It has a multitude of benefits and is very versatile. Here are some of the uses and benefits (I discuss these in the video – watch it now)… It can serve as a salad dressing, or you can add it to some of your meals or drinks. One perfect example that I make a lot is kombucha tea, which is a fermented tea drink and I add a bit of apple cider vinegar to it and some mineral water. It almost tastes like non-alcoholic wine. The benefits? It’s full of friendly bacteria, it sorts out your digestive system, it you gives you great bowel movements and furthermore, it is a good digestive tract cleanser because it promotes good bacteria in to your body. Why is it so good? It has lot of properties in it, not particularly rich in vitamins and minerals but it’s rich in good friendly bacteria. Also, ACV is shown to have antioxidants (chlorogenic acid to be exact), which are very good to the human body as cancer-preventers. How can it affect your health? It can definitely help you to have good shiny hair since it balances hair and scalp pH. It was also shown to help reduce blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides in your blood, and it can help prevent diabetes. Also, it is proven to help deal with yeast infections. It can be used directly on wounds to heal them and (here’s the unusual uses) you can use it as a natural remedy for hemorrhoids and to treat your dog’s or cat’s fleas! lol You can even use it as a natural toilet cleaner or room freshener. There are numerous ways to make use of this wondrous natural tonic. Go get yourself a bottle of apple cider vinegar and use it as many ways as possible. Let me know in the comments how you use ACV.
Your means of explaining the whole thing in this piece of
writing is really nice, every one be able to effortlessly be aware of it, Thanks a lot.
